Who we are

This website is operated by Glide-Lock Mfg, Inc. ("Glide-Lock," "we," "us"), an American manufacturer of kitchen cabinets and Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring since 1985. This policy applies to glidelockcabinetsandflooring.com and to the websites of authorized Glide-Lock dealers that run on this platform (for example, jp3solutions.com). It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

On a dealer website, the dealer named on that site is an independent business. Information you send through a dealer website goes to that dealer and to Glide-Lock so we can respond together.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details you enter in a form, such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and business name.
  • What you tell us about your project, such as the products you are interested in, your timeline, and your message.
  • Offer sign-ups on a dealer website, including your name and email, so the dealer can honor the offer.

Information collected automatically

  • How you found us. When you arrive from an ad or a link, we record campaign tags (such as utm source and campaign), ad click identifiers (such as Google and Meta click IDs), the page you landed on, and the site that referred you. On dealer websites this is kept in a first-party cookie for up to 30 days.
  • Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page views and site performance in aggregate. It does not use cookies to track you across other websites.
  • Saved selections. If you save items to an inspiration board, they are stored only in your own browser.
  • Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, and the time of a request, used for security and to keep the site working.

Your location, only if you choose to share it

The dealer finder can use your browser's location to fill in your ZIP code. Your browser asks your permission first. If you allow it, your approximate coordinates are sent to our reverse-geocoding provider, BigDataCloud, only to look up your ZIP code. We do not store your coordinates. You can always type your ZIP code instead.

How we use your information

  • To answer your questions and follow up on your request for information, a quote, or a design consultation.
  • To connect you with the authorized Glide-Lock dealer that serves your area, and to send your request to that dealer.
  • To honor offers you sign up for.
  • To understand which ads and pages bring people to us, so we can improve our marketing.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as follows:

  • Authorized dealers. When you send a request or are matched to a dealer by ZIP code, we share your request with the authorized Glide-Lock dealer serving your area so they can contact you.
  • Service providers that work on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, including Zoho (customer relationship management and email), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), and BigDataCloud (ZIP lookup, only if you share your location).
  • Legal reasons, when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Emails and calls

If you contact us, we or your local dealer may reply by email or phone about your request. If you receive marketing email from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email. We do not send text messages from these website forms.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as needed to respond to you, serve you as a customer, support warranty service, and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on the state where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state privacy laws, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it, but you may still contact us with any request. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

To make a request, email Sales@GlideLock.com or call 605-945-6145. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can deny location access when your browser asks. The site will still work; you will just need to type your ZIP code.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for adults planning home projects. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites

Our site may link to websites we do not operate, such as social media pages or a dealer's own pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
